I read this article “Banyak duduk membuat anda cepat tua“on kompas. The article said that if you want to stay young then you should have an active lifestyle. Sitting a lot and doing nothing will make body become old faster. I imagine more in between lazy and active person. If we active, go to many places, meet different people, doing sports, will make our body and mind more healthy. If we just sitting around, doing the same thing , will make our mind feel bored and our body lack of moves. Well in my conclusion, maybe sports is the most effective way to keep our body health and young..hehe…maybe…just an opinion…some opinion said that laugh can make us keep young…hahahaha….another conclusion, life with more fun will make us younger…the problem is how to deal with stress…too much stress can make people laugh too (crazy precisely)
