The competition between phone operator in Indonesia is getting hot. Each operator have their own promotion and trick to get customer. The most obvious competition is price competition. I think that people wish for cheap tariffs has been granted by this operator competition.
Most of the promotion or advertisement provided by the operator looks very interesting. But we must becareful. ‘Requirement and Certitude prevail’ (Syarat dan ketentuan berlaku). Usually this sentence written in the advertisement board with ‘*’ mark. It must be written, otherwise we can say that the operator cheat on the customer. Advertisement will always look good, nice, cheap to persuade customer. Here the customer must be aware.
I have heard many of friends said…”XL is cheat..bla..bla..”, because they phone for one hours and the calculation of the cost is not pure Rp 0,1…Can we blame the operator?..No…Why? Because this :

yupss…this is the real calculation tariff of XL…Advertisement only give the best part of the promotion. That’s how advertisement. It was made to persuade customer. Most of every company did this. It’s a marketing strategy maybe. We as a customer should be more carefull facing the advertisement. Find the information as
I haven’t try to call one hour and calculate how much it cost. So I don’t know whether it is appropriate or not. But for me, this is cheap enough and overall I am quite satisfied using XL. Well..we can’t expect of free of course 
Anyway when we got information, specially in advertisement, we should check the information more properly. Don’t get easy on advertisement.

before I migrate to IM3, i used XL number, but i think XL is still more expensive in GPRS.

ga beress….ikutin aja semua tarif….pake aja semua perdana…waktu jamannya netapin tarif 5/ dtk udah aneh…eh,ada yang netapin tarif 1/dtk… ada lagi yang netapin tarif 0,5/dtk…sekarang 0,1/dtk…tapi banyak syaratnya….tetep aja mahalll..
berarti pulsa kita tertulis gini…Rp 12.526,3 (koma nya jelek jelekin aja!!)

menurutku sama ajah neh XL setelah ke 30 menit baru hitungan jatuh pada 0,1 / detik sama juga boong :)) sapa yang mo nelpon selama 30 menit hueheu. Kecuali orang pacaran. Kalo ceritanya gitu mah mending pake sampati ajah langsung huehue daru menit 2 dah jatuh harga
